My reason for writing has been inspired by my strength and

my ability to overcome the heartache and pain endured in my

life, which led to me becoming a writer in my early twenty’s.

Growing up on the west side of Oakland CA, is where I

had faced some of my most struggling times, but doesn’t

hold anything against where I’m from. Just wish that life

could have been different, and people made better choices.

Though I didn’t have much of a choice with the struggles and

battles taken on in my life, my inspiration today is to make

a difference in the lives of others. Hoping to encourage and

inspire others to give life another chance. Because there was

a time when I didn’t think I would get another chance at life, due to the pain others inflicted on me that nearly destroyed me. Causing me to want to give up on myself. But I found a reason to live and was given a second chance. And here I am today, following my heart, inspired to making a difference. For second chances aren't often giving, or promised, but when you get it, live it, and do right by it. Follow your heart, dreams and goals. Take advantage of your life's worth, by living it to the fullest. Never give up. For life is to great to let others destroy it.
